If you have been in Istanbul you know how beautiful and busy the Istiklal street is.
I was amazed by its beauty and decided to make a photo. And here the story begins.
The above photo is from Wikipedia. My result is below. I wanted to make a photo, where you could see how wide the street is, how many people are there and how elegantly Nostalgic Tram is moving through the sea of people.
I’ve tried several times, but without success, this photo is the best one. Do you feel how wide the street is? Do you see the overwhelming crowd? Can you notice the nostalgic tram? I think you can’t.
Disappointed with my result I returned back home and found beautiful, artistic photos of this street on the internet. So, why did I bother to do such a thing without any skills? I have no passion for photography. I make photos with my mobile phone and that’s all.
At least I could have a photo with Zayts posing. But making another amazing photo of the same thing is no more amazing. It can be disappointing. There are photos of all the beautiful places in the world, why I bothered myself trying to make another?
I have skills in drawing pictures. I’ll better keep doing this.
Do what you can do best. Do not repeat what is done by someone whose passions are different.
